She is survived by her husband, Fred Harrell of Kingsport; and three children, Shelia Falls of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Charles Harrell of Nashville and Rhonda Hoggarth of Denver, Colo. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four sisters; and a brother. Her grandchildren are Christopher and Stephanie Falls and Austin and Alisha Hoggarth. Her sisters are Carlene Shelton of Kingsport, Janie Rhea of Lebanon, Shirley Fields of Bristol Virginia, and Nancy Milton of Birmingham, Ala. Her brother is Carlos Garrett of Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent in her name to Wellmont Hospice Home Care, 280 Steele's Road, Bristol, TN 37620. Receiving will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at Carter Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga St., Kingsport, followed by service at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, with Rev. Gene Hughes officiating. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 800 Truxton Drive, Kingsport. The deacons of Ft. Robinson Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers. Among Clara's proudest accomplishments were her involvement with the Ft. Robinson Baptist Church Youth group and G.A.s.
