Liverman Mr. Edward T. Liverman, 78, of Bristol Tennessee went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, at Wellmont Bristol Regional Hospital. Mr. Liverman was a deacon, Sunday school teacher and Superintendent of Sunday Schools at Virginia Avenue Baptist Church. He was a member of Woodmen of the World and was retired from Heilig-Meyers and Hulsey Flooring. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lucille Liverman of Bristol Tennessee; two daughters, Ruth Ann Brower of Johnson City and Jane Hess and her husband, Gary, of Bristol Tennessee; one sister, Margaret Bowery of Bristol Tennessee; one brother, Tom Liverman of Bristol Tennessee; four grandchildren, Daniel Brower, Ken Brower, Jon Moore and Kristy Sproles; one great-grandchild, Austin Brower. Funeral services for Mr. Liverman will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, in the mausoleum chapel at Glenwood Cemetery with Rev. Gary Hess, Rev. Cass Farrior, Rev. Freddie Troball and Rev. Bill Brown officiating. Pallbearers will include Danny Brower, Kenny Brower, Jon Moore, Sam Sproles, Jimmy Browery and Wayne Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers will include men of Virginia Avenue Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002, at Akard Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the building fund of Virginia Avenue Baptist Church, 1401 Virginia Avenue, Bristol, Tenn. or to Sinking Springs Baptist Church, P. O.
