Arrangements are incomplete. Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Bristol Herald Courier Wednesday, December 4, 2002 Harold L. Miles Harold Lee "Waldo", "Tiny" Miles of 101 Elk Road, Bristol, Tenn., passed away Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Everette and Mable Sproles Miles and was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. He was a retired truck driver with Overnite Transportation and was a faithful member of Steele Creek Missonary Baptist Church, where he served as a trustee. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Miles; and brother, Jack Miles. Survivors include his wife, Sue Miles; sons James Miles and wife, Arlene, of Bristol Tennessee, and Jeffrey Miles and wife, Stephanie, of Blountville; daughter, Tammie Miles Gross of Bristol Tennessee; stepdaughters, Renee Denton of Blountville and Michelle Simcox of Bluff City; stepson, Brandon Ford of Blountville; eight grandchildren; and a brother, Doug Miles and wife, Sue, of Bluff City. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Addington officiating. Committal service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Mountain View Mausoleum. Honorary pallbearers include Haynes Smith, William "Bill" Smith, Ed Hinkle, Keith Thomas, David McNally, Victor Hawkins, Norville McCracken, Lee Bentley and Doug Hilton. The family will receive friends Wednesday following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Steele Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 274 Old Stage Drive, Bristol, Tenn.
