He was the son of the late Robert and Alice Milhorn. He was a native of Sullivan County and had lived here his entire life. He was of the Protestant faith. He was employed at Eastman for 35 years before retiring in September 1969. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mollie Mohlar Milhorn; two sisters, Veice Barker and Cleo Laws; three brothers, James Milhorn, Clyde Milhorn and R.E. "Earn" Milhorn. He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Douglas and husband Don of Kingsport, and Janie Forbes of Kingsport; one stepson, Bobby Gene Mitchell of Cincinnati; three grandchildren, Donna Scheleur of Maryland, Richard Forbes of Washington and Michael Forbes of Kingsport; and special friends, Jack Barnes and Robert Willis. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003, at Snyder's Funeral Home. Services will be 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003, at Snyder's Funeral Home.
