She was born in Scott County, Va., a daughter of the late B.Z. and Dulcie Booher. She was an employee of Gordon Garment Company and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband, Willie "Bill" Mullins; a son, Wayne Mullins of Bristol Tennessee; a daughter, Mary Ann Adams of St. Mary's, Ga.; two sisters, Marie Crusenberry of Piney Flats and Lannie Fauber of Blountville; two brothers, Edward Booher and Grady Booher, both of Bristol Tennessee; three grandchildren, Luke Mullins, Stacy Adams and Mandy Adams; two nieces and three nephews. The funeral service is tentatively planned for 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the graveside in Boohers Cemetery with Rev. Worley Crusenberry officiating. Pallbearers will be Wayne Mullins, Ron Adams, Stacy Adams, Keith Fauber, Billy Booher, I.W. McNamara and Randy Booher. The family will tentatively receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Saturday evening at Blevins Funeral Home.
