Bristol Herald Courier Saturday, January 4, 2003 Lewis R. Smith Lewis Raven Smith, 41, of 138 Mapleview Road, Bristol, Tenn., died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, at his residence. He was a native of Bristol and son of Lewis and Mildred "Micky" Nixon Smith. He was a member of Shakesville Community Church. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Stiltner Smith; daughter, Nicole Smith; son, Stephen Smith; grandchildren, Johnathan, Bradley and McKenzee; sisters, Terry Peters, Pam Smith and Linda Dowell; and brother, David Smith. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Renee Smith. He will be loved and truly missed by all. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Gentry and Rev. Jimmy Epperson officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memory Gardens. Pallbearers: Justin Smith, Stephen Smith, Joey Saults, Chris Peters, Jason Booher and Herb Dunn. Honorary pallbearers: Paul Dowell, Daniel Griffith and Charlie Stiltner Jr. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in Weaver Funeral Home.
