Joyce S. Tilley
    BLUFF CITY -- Joyce Santos Tilly died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002, in Wellmont
Hospice House. She was a native of Everett, Washington, and lived in the
Bristol area for the past 15 years. She was born Nov. 15, 1935, to the late
Adolfov Santosand Virginia Amatuzzi Santos. She was an LPN, a housewife and a
member and faithfully attended Rock Hold United Methodist Church. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tilly.
     Funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002,
in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Gene Deaton officiating. E-mail
condolences may be sent at www.weaverfuneralhome.net. The family will receive
friends from 6 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at Weaver Funeral Home.
     Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
