Main Street, Elizabethton, with her family at her side. She was born August 18, 1917 in Bluff City, Tenn., and was a daughter of the late James and Mary Lunsford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. "Bill" Watson, a son, Rev. Kenneth Watson, and by two brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Hall was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area and was retired from Imperial Reading Mfg., and L.C. King Mfg. She was a born again Christian and attended Nidiffer's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Elizabethton. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Ethel and Martin Graybeal and Annie and James Willis, all of Elizabethton, and Charlene and Danny Hilliard of Bristol; five sons and four daughters-in-law, Rev. Robert and Louise Watson and Luther "Doode" and Mary Watson, all of Bluff City, Carl and Okhui Watson of Paris, Texas, Jerry Watson and Rev. Bill and Nina Watson, all of Bluff City; two sisters, Billie Jean Baker and Marge Malone, both of Bluff City; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Watson will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Watson officiating. The committal will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 5, at Shipley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Online condolences may be registered at www.weaverfuneralhome.net. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Nidiffer's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, c/o Nina Watson, 223 Sigman Hollow Road, Bluff City, TN 37618. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at Weaver Funeral Home or anytime at the home of a daughter, Nancy Willis, 613 N. Main Street, Elizabethton.
