Weaver KNOXVILLE -- Cecil H. Weaver, 97, formerly of Bristol, passed away suddenly Friday afternoon, Dec. 6, 2002, at Park West Hospital in Knoxville. Cecil was of the Presbyterian faith. He was retired from Davis Piping Co. He was an avid fisherman. Cecil was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie W. Weaver. Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis A. Calhoun of Mulberry, Fla.; son and daughter-in-law, Marvin (Sonny) and Ellen Weaver of Knoxville, with whom he made his home for the past 16 years; grandchildren, Barbara Watters of Savannah, Ga., Marvin Weaver Jr., Lynn Wright, Charles Escue, Emily Escue, and Jacob and Tom Weaver, all of Knoxville; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel. Family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. Monday at East Lawn Memorial Park in Kingsport for graveside services and interment with Rev. A.J. Crawford officiating.
