No. 13, containing by estimation five acres, be the same more or less, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone, W. H. Neel's corner, running S, 3* W, 24 poles to small chestnut, two small black gum pointers, to, N, 81* W, 33.3 poles to a stake; the, N, 3* E, 24 polies to a stake in said Neel's line, th, with the same S, 81* E, 33.3 polies to the beginning. To have and to hold forever; we convenant with the said Kepley that we are lawfully seized of said land, have a good right to convey it, and that the same is unimcumbered; we do further convenant and bind ourselves, our heirs and representatives, to warrant and forever defend the title to said land, and every part thereof, to the said Susan Kepley, her heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever. She married to John Lewis Kepley born 19 May 1859 in Sumner Co., TN to William Kepley & Elizabeth Perdue. Susan died 8 Feb 1936 and John 17 Dec 1947 both were buried in Boiling Springs Cemetery in Sumner Co., TN.
