Beginning at Jerimiah Doxey's corner, thence W. 70 poles to Elm, N. 10 poles 

to Elm, N. 5 degrees, E. 24 poles to an Elm, N. 17 degrees, E. 40 poles to 

Spanish Oak, N. 35 degrees E. 45 poles to an Elm, N 25 degrees, E. 13 poles to 

an Elm, N. 40 poles to an Ironwood, E. 25 poles to an Elm, S. 152 poles to 

beginning.
