George and Margaret moved to Sumner Co., TN ca 1850 settling near Fountain Head. George B. Whitson was sued by John D. White for non-payment of land he agreed to purchase (maybe the above described tract?). Wilson B. Whitson married his neighborn Elizabeth Mitchell 12 Dec 1862. She had been raised by Henry Bradley and went by Bradley although never legally adopted. This over-sight (lack of adoption) resulted in a lawsuit between Elizabeth Mitchell Whitson and a neice of Henry Bradley over the rights to Henry Bradley's estate.
