George Washington Perdue was son of William E. W. Perdue & Harriet Leavinia 
Barber. He was born after his father's death in August 1866. George was married 
three times and according to family tradition had 22 children. There's a record 
for only nineteen children. His wives:
(1) Susan Cochran married 21 Dec 1890 - she died of TB
(2) Rosetta Garrett married 2 June 1905 - she died of TB
(3) Nettie Jane Shirley (no record of marriage)
