She was the daughter of William Simpson Morgan and Mary Jane Jones, and wife of James Wilson Bradshaw. They married 28 Dec 1882, Tipton Co. TN. She died 1 Jan 1934 and is buried in Shiloh Cemetery in Burlison. In the name of God Amen I, Martha Bradshaw, of Garland, Tenn., being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. ITEM 1. I commit my soul to Him who gave it. ITEM 2. I desire that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as practicable , out of the first monies coming into the hands of my executor. ITEM 3. I give and bequeath to Mildred Bradshaw, my grand-daughter one bed, 5 quilts, sheets, pillows and bolsters to same. ITEM 4. I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter Mandy Boyd, one dollar in cash. I give and bequeath unto my grand-son Quintin Bradshaw my clock. ITEM 5. I give and bequeath to my son Calvin Bradshaw, my short gun or pistol. In the event there shall be a sufficent fund coming into the hands of my executor to pay all my just debts, together with a sufficent fund to my said son Calvin Bradshaw the sum of $100.00 then I will and bequeath unto said Calvin Bradshaw said sum of $100.00 for the care and attention he and his wife Bessie Bradshaw have rendered me during the past 3 years I have been in their home, and I desire my that my executor pay said sum of $100 to said Calvin Bradshaw. ITEM 6. The, rst and residue of my personal estate after paying off and discharging the debts herein above mentioned, I will and bequeath to my son Calvin Bradshaw, my son Gabe Bradshaw, my son Monroe Bradshaw, my son Nick Bradshaw, and my daughter Ella Bradshaw Murphy, in equal proportions, share and share alike. ITEM 7. My son Calvin Bradshaw has assisted me in managing my small estate, since the death of my husband J.W. Bradshaw, and he has made proper accounting and settlement of all funds or matters handled for me and is not indebted in anyway to me or my estate, and the bequest made in items 5 of this will is to show my appreciation for his tender care and attention for 3 years or more. ITEM 8. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Gabe Bradshaw, as executor of this my last will and testament, whom I direct to carry out the purposes of my will as indicated above.
