W. TALLEY I, J. W. Talley of Route No. 1, Burlison, Tipton County, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I desire and direct that my just debts and my funeral expenses be first paid by the hereinafter named Executrix out of any funds coming into her hands as such Executrix. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Belle Talley all my personal property of every kind and character, wherever located, absolutely and in fee. THIRD: I hereby will, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Belle Talley, a life estate in all my real estate wherever located. FOURTH: I hereby will, devise and bequeath to my two daughters Frances Talley Huffman and Jean Talley Hall the remainder interest in all my real estate wherever located, to be divided among them equally; and request that if either of my said two daughters should subsequently desire to sell their respective interest therein that the other daughter be given the first opportunity to purchase same before offering same for sale to other purchasers; and if either of my said two daughters shall die in my lifetime, her lineal descendents shall represent their deceased parent, and be entitled to the same portion of my real estate as such deceased parent would have been entitled to if living. FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Belle Talley, as Executrix of this my last will and testament; and I direct that neither bond nor settlement be required of her as such Executrix.
