Jackson - July 20, 1915 State of Tenn Unicoi This is my Last Will and Testament, That Virgannie Jackson shall have the house and lot known as the Randall house if she stays with me until I die to become her property when she is 21 years old. That my wife A. J. Jackson shall have the mansion house, the garden barn and barn lot, together with all the other out-buildings, household and kitchen furniture, with all live stock, all money that I may have in the bank or otherwise deposited to hold as long as she lives. Then all of the above goes to Crittie Jackson and her daughter Grace. The remainder of the land shall be evenly divided between E. A. Jackson and Albert Jackson giving Ed Jackson the portions being parallel with Ike Nelson's line and Albert the part joining the garden and extending to the Rock Creek Public Road. Said E. A. Jackson and Albert Jackson shall pay W. A. Jackson, Lester Jackson, and Clemment Jackson the sum of one dollar each being the portion allowed them out of the Jackson estate. Brown, who after being sworn says; That he is well acquainted with the hand writing of W. C. Jackson deceased, and that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the Will of said W. C. Jackson deceased is in the hand writing of W. C. Jackson and that the signature thereon is genuine and was signed but he said W. C. Jackson deceased to the best of his knowledge and belief. A. R.
