After 1820 they migrated to Warren Co., TN. Robert Morrow in his lifetime titled to Elisha Pepper 20 acres on 19 July 1809 for $1 "Morrow's NE corner where widow now resides so as to include the dwelling house & spring of said Elisha Pepper". Warren County, TN Will Book 3 page 138 dated 4 December 1852 I, John Allison, do make and publish this my last will and testament. 1st, I direct that my funeral expenses and just debts be paid. 2nd, I bequeath to my beloved wife Rachael Allison the house and land north and west of James Allison's during her life or widowhood, then to go to James Allison and his heirs. Rachael also to receive stock, furniture, tools, etc.. The balance of the estate to be sold and equally divided amongst my heirs. I also bequeath to my grandson Jefferson Thaxton one bay filly and my saddle. I appoint John Miller my executor. Witnesses William Bonner Sr. and John M. Little [this should be Lytle]. Proved in open court 3 January 1853. Warren County Will Book 3 page 240 on 15 March 1855 settlement was made with John Miller executor of John Allison sr. deceased. John Kelly Roberts listed in Civil War Questionnaries said he was the son of James & Martha Allison Roberts; James was in War of 1812 with Andrew Jackson & a son of Reuben Roberts a Rev. Soldier. His mother was Martha dau. of John & Mary Allison & that John was a Rev. Soldier with Nathaniel Green 2 years at the close of the war.
