Arkansas & Richard Martin of Madison Co., Arkansas & Henry C. & John Martin
the last named minors under 21 of Warren County, TN & Nancy Jane & Charles
Clendenon minors under 21 of Van Buren County, TN & William, Henry & Archie
Horsley & Rebecca P. Austin & Mrs. DeWitt formerly ______ Horsley, all of
the Horsley heirs being non-residents of TN & of Nelson Co., VA. Alexander
Martin departed this life intestate in Warren County, TN on November 1874
leaving  compts. & debts, Martin & Clendenon as his heirs at law. Alexander
Martin had land in Warren County in Civil District 2 on Collins River on
the East by John Drake & Mary Douglas, North by Burleson & Boss, West by 
Samuel Higginbotham & South by Pleasant Neal in estimation of 100 acres which 
he purchased from Robert & Ann Horsley who are now dead.
