Deed made August 18, 1823 Between Benjamine Biggs of Lawrence County
Alabama and Samuel Redinger of Warren County Tennessee

Witnesseth: For two hundred dollars Benjamine Biggs sold to Samuel 
Redinger a tract of land containing one hundred acres in Warren County, 
Tennessee, beginning at the south east corner of Phillip Smith one hundred 
acre tract on a stake running thence east ninety poles to a black oak and 
pointer, thence north one hundred and seventy poles to a black Jack in a 
<illegible> thence south one hundred and seventy seven poles to the 
beginning being the east half of a two hundred acre survey deeded to 
Benjamine Biggs.
