Beginning at a Black oak near supposed to be the south east corner of 640 acre tract run out for Thomas Hopkins and running thence south forty poles to a black oak, thence east ninety poles to a stake, thence north one hundred and seventy poles to a stake, thence West ninety poles to a post oak and blackjack in the east boundary line of said 640 acres running thence south with a line of the same and passing his corner in all one hundred and thirty seven poles to the beginning.
