North sixty five degrees East sixteen poles crossing hickory creek to a Elm, North forty eight degrees East sixteen poles to a stake and pointers, North eighteen degrees east twenty six poles to a dogwood, North forty nine degrees east fifty four poles to a White oak, North thirteen degrees West sixty one poles to a black oak in the back line of the said two hundred acres, West with said line to the corner pointers of the two hundred acre Survey, South one hundred & sixty four poles crossing hickory creek to the Beginning.
