Beginning on a Post Oak the N. E. corner of a 60 acre tract granted to Phillip Smith, running thence East forty four poles to a stake in Alexander Smith's line then South with said. Smith's line one hundred and twenty five poles to a black Jack Smith's corner, thence east with Smith's line sixty six poles to two small hickories thence south one hundred and thirteen and 2/10 poles to a post oak thence west one hundred poles to a hickory on Michael Ridingers line thence with his line one hundred and ninety four poles to a black jack the NE corner of Reidinger's one hundred acre tract then west 10 poles to a stake Smith's corner then north to the beginning.
