Non Resident Notice, L.H. Shipley, Administrator of Francis GIBSON deceased. 
In this cause it appearing from complainants bill which is sworn to, that 
Thomas GIBSON, whose place of residence is unknown.  The children of Thomas 
GIBSON, to-wit: James GIBSON, Frank GIBSON, Clo Ann GIBSON, all of whom, 
except Thomas, when last heard from resided in the state of Missouri, and the 
said Thomas in the state of Texas.  The heirs of John GIBSON,  deceased, to-
wit, the heirs of his son Thomas, deceased, whose names and places of 
residence are unknown.  The heirs of Peggy HOBACK, to wit: Mary WILLIS and her 
husband,----WILLIS, James ROBERTS, Rufus ROBERTS, Richard ROBERTS,  Alvin F. 
ROBERTS, Cordelia HILL and her husband----HILL, George HOBACK, William HOBACK 
and Arbany HOBACK, whose place of residence is unknown, Jesse GIBSON, whose 
place of residence is unknown, the children of David GIBSON, deceased, whose 
names and places of residence is unknown.  Rachel DEATON (DENTON) and her 
husband-----, who reside in the state of Virginia, and if dead the heirs of 
said Rachel DEATON (DENTON) whose names and places of residence is unknown.  
Mary Ann INGLE (formerly FINK), and her husband Jessie INGLE whose place of 
residence is unknown, and ------BACON and her husband------BACON, whose places 
of residence is unknown.  Alice FINK, daughter of Johnathan FINK, deceased 
whose place of residence is unknown, all of whom are parties defendant to said 
cause, and their places of known and unknown residences being such that the 
ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them, it is therefore ordered 
that publication be made in THE COMET, a newspaper published in the town of 
Johnson City, Tenn., for four succesive weeks, notifying said Defendants to 
apply before the worshipful County Court of Washington County, Tenn., at the 
Court House in Jonesboro, on complainants bill --otherwise the same will be 
set for hearing exparte as to them.  Witness by hand at office this Oct, 1884.
