WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN - DEEDS - Susannah Rogers et al to Christian Zetty, 
				5 May 1846

This Indenture made and entered into this 5 day of May 1846 Between Susannah
Rogers widow of Wm. Rogers desc. James Rogers that has four shares and his own
Thos. Riddle and wife, Malon Mahoney and wife Samuel Hicks and wife who have
heretofore as heirs of said Wm. Rogers sold their interest to said James
Rogers, James M. Archer and Lucinda Archer his wife, Matilda Rogers, E.
Barkley and Isaac McPherson who hold the interest of ___[believe this says
Dana] Rogers and E. S. Mathis who hold the interest of Thos. Rogers the above
named being heirs of said Wm. Rogers decd of the one part and Christian Zetty
of the other part all of Washington County State of Tennessee witnesseth that
the said above named persons of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of fourteen hundred and forty dollars to them in hand paid by the said
Christian Zetty have this day bargained and sold and by these presents ______
_________ unto the said Christian Zetty all the right title claim and interest
which they hold as widow and heirs of the said Wm. Rogers dec and holding
title under the heirs of said Wm. Rogers dec of in and to an undivided tract
or parcel of land lying and being in said county on both sides of Big
Limestone ____ being the land on which the said Wm. Rogers lived at the time
of his death and on which the widow of the said Wm. Rogers now lives and joins
the land of Henry Marsh, Isaac Nelson, Robert A. McKenny and others supposed
to contain one hundred and sixty six acres more or less together with all and
singularly the ____ and appertencies to said undivided tract of land as above
discribed belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold unto him
the said Christian Zetty, his heirs and __________ and the aboved named
grantors agree and _________ themselves to warrant and define ___title to the
said tract of land each for themselves separately as far as they have each for
themselves conveyed their individual interest from themselves their heirs and
_____ and from the claim of all manner of persons whatever claiming or to
claim ________in law as equity. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this day and date first above written.
