MAXENE WARRICK BARKSDALE

JOHNSON CITY, TN - Maxene Warrick Barksdale, 73, formerly of Mitchell 
County, died Wednesday, Jan. 22. 2003 at Johnson City Medical Center. 
She was the daughter of the late Boyd and Hettie Renfro Warrick. She 
was a homemaker and member of Eden United Methodist Church in Jonesboro, 
TN.
Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Barksdale Jr. of the home; 
a daugher, Rebecca Crockett of Johnson City; and one grandson.
Funeral services were held at 7 p.m. Saturday at Morris-Baker Funeral Home 
in Johnson City. Rev. Clyde Hester officiated. A private entombment was held 
later at Roselawn Memory Gardens. The family received friends at the home of 
her daughter in Johnson City.
