Richard Fields JOHNSON CITY -- The funeral service for C. Richard Fields will be conducted 8 p.m. Sunday in Morris-Baker North Chapel. Rev. Sharon Amstutz and Rev. Don Muncie will officiate. Entombment will follow the committal service 10 a.m. Monday in Monte Vista Mausoleum, where friends are invited to meet the family for this service. For those who prefer, the family suggests memorial contributions be given to The American Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Suite 102, Johnson City, TN 37601. Arrangements are by Morris-Baker, 2001 Oakland Ave., Johnson City. Mr. Fields, 75, 604 Willowood Drive, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, in Appalachian Christian Village.
