WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN - OBITUARIES - Christine Flowers, 11 Jul 2005

Mrs. Christine Flowers, 89, of Pensacola, Fla., died Monday, July 11, 2005, in
Pensacola following a tragic car accident. 

Mrs. Flowers was a native of Johnson City, Tenn., and the daughter of the late
George and Florence Little Scott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by her husband, Howard Flowers, a sister, Mildred Shell, and a
brother, Hal Scott. 

Mrs. Flowers moved to Pensacola in 1961 from Elizabethton, Tenn. Survivors
include two daughters, Jane Rhodes and Nancy Padgham and her husband Neil, and
a granddaughter, Blair Aderhold. Numerous nephews and nieces also survive. 

Visitation for Mrs. Flowers will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July
20, at Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home. Family and friends will go in procession
to Happy Valley Memorial Park following the visitation for the graveside
service at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday with Mr. H. Clay Bailey, minister,
officiating. In lieu of flowers to those who desire, memorials may be made to
Westwood Christian Church, 1111 57th Street, Pensacola, FL 32506. Online
