Steve Everroad officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Charles DeWitt Byrd VFW Post 3382 of Kingsport. The family will have a private visitation at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Monday. Those who plan to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 9:25 a.m. Monday to go in procession to Mountain Home. The Roberts family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to the Military Color Guard, VFW Post 3382, 721 Union Hill, Kingsport, TN 37660.
