Clarence Story 





    Clarence Story, 76, of Jonesborough, passed away Monday, January 14, 2008, 

at Erwin Health Care Center. 





    A native of Washington County, he was a son of the late Charlie R. and 

Mary Rodifer Story. 





    Mr. Story retired from the Budd Company. 





    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Dalton 

Story, and a brother, Lawrence Story. 





    Survivors include a daughter, Jeannie Story Lewis, Elizabethton; a son, 

Anthony Story, Elizabethton; a brother, Glen Story, Jonesborough; three 

grandchildren, Jamie Marie Lewis, McKayla Anderson and Cabat Locklear; a great-

grandson, Aiden Jean Lewis; and his caregiver, Eunice Hicks. 





    Funeral services for Mr. Story will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, January 

17, in the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel. Condolences may be sent to the
