Persons or organizations desiring to use this material, must obtain the written consent of the contributor, or the legal representative of the submitter, and contact the listed USGenWeb archivist with proof of this consent. ************************************************************************ Mary [White] Gibson's Will In the name of God amen, I Mary Gibson of the State of Tennessee, Washington County, being for a long time in low health and weaking body but of sound mind and memory but calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is [appartical?] for all men to die, so make this instrument of writing my last will and testament for the distribution of the Estate, the estate that is coming to me from my Father's Estate in the following manner to wit, first I give and bequeath my beloved son William Edgmonde Twenty dollars; secondly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jemima twenty dollars. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah ten dollars; forthly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rachel ten dollars and unto my daughter Mary ten dollars; and the balance of the Estate if any I do will and bequeath divided amongst them. Lastly I nominate and appoint Thomas Fulkerson Executor of this my Last Will and Testament to carry the same into effect hereby revoking all others and only acknowledge this to be my Last Will and testament and have hereafter set my hand and seal in the presence of this 22nd day of August 1840 Signed & seal in presence of Mary Gibson "seal" Isaac W.
