I Jacob Roberson Jr. being weak of boddy but of sound mind do make this my last will and testament. First I commit my soul to God that gave it and my boddy to be buryed in a Christans manner and as to my property I wish it dispersed of as follows first all my just debts paid then what may remain I wish my brother Felix to have nine dollars that is in his hands and sister Catherine Hilton to have nine dollars the ballance to be divied between my three sisters Mary Sarah and Elizabeth excepting my cloths them to be divied with my Brothers as they may think best I also apoint William my brother to execute this my last will as witness my hand this 11 Day July 1838 his Jacob X Roberson (seal) test Chas Hilton mark John P.
