Horton Deed Convey by J. Youngblood others We Josiah Youngblood and John W. Youngblood of the County of Wayne and State of Tennessee have this day for and inconsideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain sell and convey to James H. Horton of the County of Wayne of aforesaid our undivided interest in and to the tracts of land herein described situated being and lying in the County and State aforesaid on Indian Creek in Range 11 and Section 3 and beginning at Beech on a ridge the N. E. Corner of a 100 acre Entry granted to Thomas Bealy running South 28 poles to a Sugar Tree thence West 80 poles to a stake near a large Poplar thence North to the N B(oundary) of said 100 acres Entry to a Beech and Elm then East 77 3/4 poles to the beginning containing by estimates 50 acres the other beginning at the S. E. Corner of Entry N 257 thence south 45 poles to a Stake then West 88 2/3 poles to a Stake then North 45 poles to a Stake in the S B(oundary) line of said Entry then East 88 2/3 to the beginning containing by estimation 25 acres To have and to hold to the said James H. Horton our undivided interest in and to the said tract of land and all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging We hereby bind ourselves and heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the right and title tot he said undivided interest against the lawful claims or of all persons whatever into the same James H.
