Horton} Mordica Reed, Micajah Reed, Robert Fox, Mary Fox, Zachariah Cypert and Lydia Cypert have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfere and covey to Josiah Youngblood and James Horton and their heirs forever for the consideration of Four hundred and Thirty two Dollars and Twenty Five Cents to us paid a tract or Parcel of land in the State of Tennessee in Wayne County and in District No. 8 Containing by estimaytion 50 acres be the same more or less and boundes as follows. begining at an Elm forty poles south and eighty poles west of the former southwest corner of a 200 Acre entry in the same of Samuel H. Williams No. 55 as said Entry stand before it was legaliseu thence South one hundred poles to a poplar thence west Eighty poles to a beech thence north one hundred poles to a sugar tree thence East Eighty poles to the beginning to have same to hold the same to the Josiah Youngblood and James Horton their heirs and assigns forever we covenant with the said Josiah Youngblood and James H. Horton that we are lawful Leiseu of said land have a good right to convey it and then the same is incumber we do further covenant and bind ourselves our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to the said land and every part thereof to the said Josiah Youngblood and James H. Horton there heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all person whatever this the 20th day of November 1847. Executed and delivered in our presence the 20th day of November 1847: Robert J.
