Josiah Youngblood and J. Horton}

Mordica Reed, Micajah Reed, Robert Fox, Mary Fox, Zachariah Cypert and Lydia 
Cypert have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfere and covey to 
Josiah Youngblood and James Horton and their heirs forever for the 
consideration of Four hundred and Thirty two Dollars and Twenty Five Cents to 
us paid a tract or Parcel of land in the State of Tennessee in Wayne County 
and in District No. 8 Containing by estimaytion 50 acres be the same more or 
less and boundes as follows. begining at an Elm forty poles south and eighty 
poles west of the former southwest corner of a 200 Acre entry in the same of 
Samuel H. Williams No. 55 as said Entry stand before it was legaliseu thence 
South one hundred poles to a poplar thence west Eighty poles to a beech thence 
north one hundred poles to a sugar tree thence East Eighty poles to the 
beginning to have same to hold the same to the Josiah Youngblood and James 
Horton their heirs and assigns forever we covenant with the said Josiah 
Youngblood and James H. Horton that we are lawful Leiseu of said land have a 
good right to convey it and then the same is incumber we do further covenant 
and bind ourselves our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend 
the title to the said land and every part thereof to the said Josiah 
Youngblood and James H. Horton there heirs and assigns against the lawful 
claims of all person whatever this the 20th day of November 1847.

Personally appeared before me Littlebery L. Mack Clerk of the County Court of 
Wayne County Mordica Reed, Micajah Reed, Robert Fox and Zachariah Cypert the 
within named bargainess with which I am personally Acquainted and who 
acknowlledged the Execution of the within Deed to have been done by them for 
the purposes therein Expressed and Mary Fox and Lydia F. Cypert the within 
named from courts privately and apart from there said husbands the said Robert 
Fox and Zachariah Cypert and acknowlledged the Execution of the within Deed to 
have been done by them Truly Voluntarily and understandingly without any 
Restraint or Compulsion on the part of their said Husbands and for the 
purposes therein Specified witness my hand at off this November the 27th 1847.
