COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE MINUTE BOOK MONDAY MORNING JULY 1ST 1894 This day W.G SIMS Clerk presented his settlements made with E C CLOUSE guard for WESLEY & CHARLIE CLOUSE minor heirs and W R HUDGENS adm. of MARY HUDGENS decd. And W. F. and H. E. STORY guardians for JOHN W & MABLE STORY minor children of theirs which said settlements being unexecpted to was by this court confirmed and ordered to be recorded. TUESDAY MORNING OCTOBER 8TH, 1895 It appearing to the court that E C CLOUSE was the guardian for CHARLEY and WESTLEY CLOUSE, and that he had failed and refused to renew his bond as required by law, after due notice so to do, It is therefore ordered by the Court that said E. C. CLOUSE be removed as such guardian and divided of his trust and that he turn over to his successor when appointed all the funds, or effects in his hand belonging to his _uard. TUESDAY MORNING JANY 7TH 1896 This day upon application of CHARLEY and WESTLEY CLOUSE minor heirs of WM R CLOUSE decd the Court was pleased to appoint W. C. CLOUSE brother of said minors as their guardian in the room and stead of E. C. CLOUSE former guardian removed at a former Term of this court for failing and refusing to recuse his bond as required by law. And the said W. C. CLOUSE being present in open court accepted the trust and together with LEVI P COOPER and (_). L. KINNARD as his sureties entered into and acknowledged bond in the sum of $500.00 Five hundred dollars conditions as required by law and the same being approved by the court, it is ordered that Letters of guardianship issue to said W. C. CLOUSE and that the former guardian E. C. CLOUSE pay over to said W. C. CLOUSE all the effects in his hand belonging to said minors this order should event down on Monday Minutes. MONDAY MORNING DEC. 7TH 1896 This day the death of BENJAMIN CLOUSE decd late a citizen of White County Tennepee was suggested and proven in open court and a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament was presented of BENJAMIN CLOUSE deceased was presented for probate and the due execution and publication thereof being proven by E. S. BREEDING and W J BREEDING the subscribing witnesses it was ordered that said will be admitted to probate. Certified and recorded. SPARTA MONDAY MORNING 5TH JANY 1914 This day the court appointed WBC C______ County surveyor (P.P. Seinty) and JEFF SIMPSON Commissines ____ off ____ support (Hinestead) and d___ to LOLLA CLOUSE widow of SIMPSON CLOUSE deed out of the estate of said deceased and (report) to the next term of this Court.
