Blankingship and wife To George H. Hutson Know all men by these presents that we J. R. Blankingship and wife Matta Blankingship have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to G. H. Hutson his heirs and assigns the following described tract of land. Lying in the 4th Civil district of the County of White and the state of Tennessee and bounded as follows: on the north by F. K. Fisher and Wm. Crain, on the east by F. K. Fisher and on the south by J. W. Chisam and on the west by Wm. Crain and Goodson containing by rough estimation 100 acres be the same more or less. Now in consideration for two hundred dollars we make the above transfer we covenant the said Hutson that we are lawfully seized and possessed of said land and have a right to convey the same. That the same is unencumbered we bind ourselves and heirs and assigns to forever warrant and defend the title to said land against the lawful claims of all persons whatever. June 4th, 1894 Signed: J. Fisher, Special Deputy Clerk of the County Court of said County the above named J. R. Blankingship and M. A. Blankingship the bargainers with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that they executed the within named instrument for the purposes wherein contained and M. A. Blankingship wife of the said J. R. Blankingship having personally appeared before me privately and apart from her said husband J. R. Blankingship acknowledged the execution. The annexed deed to have been done by her freely voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or constraint by her said husband and for the purposes wherein expressed. Witness: F.
