Bradford & others } This Indenture made and entered into this Third day of October in the Year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty-nine between David Bradford, Richard Bradford, Nancy Hooten, John Phy and Polly his wife, William K. Bradford, Thomas G. Bradford and Bennett Bradford Heirs and legal Representatives of William Bradford Deceased of the County of White and State of Tennessee and Jacob Bradford and Daniel Bradford of the County of _______ and State of Missouri of the one part and John A. Bradford of the County and state of Tennessee of the other part witnessed that for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid to all of the heirs of said William Bradford Dec'd the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said John A. Bradford his heirs and assigns forever all the right title interest and claim which they the said David Bradford Richard Bradford Nancy Hooten John Phy and Polly his wife William Brown and Margaret his wife, William K. Bradford Thomas G. Bradford Bennett Bradford Jacob Bradford and Daniel Bradford as Heirs and legal representatives of William Bradford Dec'd have in and to the Following described tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of White and State aforesaid and District No. 10 on the Fallling Watter of the Caney fork and bounded as Follows to wit: Beginning at a white oak Black oak and Dogwood Marked runs thence South with the original line to the said John A. Bradford North East Corner of his one hundred and six and ?? acre survey thence west with said John A. Bradford line to a chestnut his beginning coner thence North to the North Boundary line of the original tract thence East with Said line to the Beginning containing Fifty acres more or less together with the appertinances Thence unto belonging or in ??? appertaining and appertinances unto the ?? John A. Bradford and his heirs and assigns forever and the ?? David Bradford Richard Bradford Nancy Hooten John Phy and Polly his wife William Brown and Margaret his wife William K. Bradford Thomas G. Bradford Bennett Bradford Jacob Bradford and Daniel Bradford Heirs and legal Representatives of the Said William Bradford Dec'd as aforesaid for ??? their Heirs excutors and Admininstrators do hereby all and singular the premises hereby bargained and Sold with the appertinances unto the John A. Bradford his Heirs and assigns against the said David Bradford Richard Bradford Nancy Hooten John Phy and Polly his wife William Brown and Margaret his wife William K. Bradford Thomas G. Bradford Bennett Bradfort Jacob Bradford and Daniel Bradford and their Heirs and all every other person or persons whatsoever doth and will warrant and forever defend by these presents in witness whereof the parties of the first part have unto set their hands and offered their seal the day and year first above mentioned signed and delivered in presence of us. Bradford Nancy Hooten John Phy William K. Bradford Richard Bradford and William Brown the other conveyors to the above Deed of Conveyance That they signed sealed and acknowledged the due execution of the within deed of conveyance for the purposes and things there in contained with is recorded.
