Parker's plantation, in all, 236 poles to 2 sugar trees, a beech and hickory, said Phillips corner; thence S. 226 poles to a spanish oak and pointers at a hollow; thence E. 236 poles to a dogwood and pointers; thence N. passing said Lyons corner and with his line, in all 187 poles to beginning.
