K. Price and Sarah Blankenship on August 15, 1879. This Sarah is believed to be Nancy Lee Ann Blankenship. In the 1880 White County census, Nancy L(ee Ann) Price is living with her father, John Blankenship. White County Marriage records lists a marriage for H. J. Parson (40) to Lean Price (28) for April 22, 1884. It is believed that this marriage did not take place, because Lee Ann was still married to B. K. Price. The following divorce took place on June 27, 1884. Her maiden name was restored to Blankenship. White County Marriage records then lists a marriage record for Henry Parson to Leean Blankenship for June 27, 1884. Price } Final Decree for Divorce Be it remembered that this cause come into be heard before the Hon G. W. McConnell Judge & ?? on the 27th day of June 1884 upon the Ex partee application of the complainant by petition and the judgement for confess this day taken and the proof in the cause where it appeared to the satisfaction of the court from the proof that complainant and defendant were married in White County on the 15th day of August 1879 where the complainant has resided ever since when the Defendant on or about the 15th day December 1879 willfully and maliciously abandoned or deserted himself from the complainant without reasonable cause for more than two whole years before making application for divorce in this cause and that during and absence over four years the Defendant has failed to provide for complainant and it also appeared to the court that Complainant has resided in this and in White County for more than two whole years before the filing of her petition for divorce herein wherefore that court is pleased to order adjudge and decree that the bonds of matrimony heretofore subsisting between the complainant Lee Ann Price and the Deft B. K. Price be forever dissolved and that Complainant be restored to all the rights of a single woman and that she be restored to her maiden name of Lee Ann Blankenship free from the custody and control of the Deft B. K. Price and that the Deft. B.K. Price pay all the cost of this suit and that Execution issue.
