Bond and security having been given according to law you are hereby authorized to solemnize the rites of matrimony between JOHN RICHARDSON and MISS PHEBY TROGDEN of said county and join them together as husband and wife in holy wedlock given under my hand at office in Sparta the 9th day of September 1865.
