I WC BUMBALOUGH, of the county of White and State of Tennesee being 
in feeble health but of sound mind do make and publish this to be my 
last will and testament making void all other wills by me at any time 
made. First I will that after my decease my soul to God who gave it, 
and my body to its friend to be intend as they may see fit, Sec, I will 
that my WIFE LUCINDA BUMBALOUGH live in this house that I Now occupi And 
have the same control of the place that I now have said place having been 
formerly deeded to DR BUMBALOUGH, with the understanding that myself and 
wife was to have absolute control of it during our natural life.  It is 
also my will that my wife have the same control that I have over its lands 
formerly deeded to WJ BUBALOUGH so long as she may live, Fourth I will that 
the heirs of my DAUGHTER MARY WHO MARRIED THOMAS RANDOLPH and is now dead 
leaving 4 heirs and ___? heirs have one hundred dollars out of my personal 
estate to be equally divided. Fift I will that the heirs of my DAUGHTER 
MAHALA WHO MARRIED WR COOPER and is now dead leaving 6 heirs have one 
hundred dollars to be equally divid among them, sixth I will that the 
balance of my estate be equally divided between my legal heirs according 
to the legal manor of distributing to heirs.  Seventh, I will that at my 
death, all the real estate of evy kind and description be sold by my executors 
hereafter named upon such terms as they may see proper, and I hereby give them 
full power to convey the same in as full and ample manor as I could myself if 
alive and acting myself.  Lastly I hereby appoint my beloved SONS NW BUMBALOUGH 
and DR BUMBALOUGH executors to this my last will and testament.  I also request 
that letters testamonly esq__ to them withough bond, In witness whereof, I this 
day seal my hand and seal in the presents of the subscribing witnesses who I have 
requested ____? this my last will this Aug 10th 1908
