First I will that after my decease my soul to God who gave it, and my body to its friends to be intered in any manner they may see proper. Second I will and bequeath to my beloved WIFE SUSAN ANN all of my real estate of every description to have and to use as she may see proper during her natural life or during her widowhood. I will that she have all my personal property of every description to have and use dispose of as she may see fit during her natural life. Third I will that at the death of my said wife my executor here after appointed sell and convey my real estate by deed to the purchasers and collect the purchase money upon such times as he executor may think best to the interest of the estate I give my executor full power to sell and convey all of my real estate of every description as fully as I could myuself in life without any____? of any court and with as little expense as possible. I will that my executor sell all of my personal property of every description at the death of my wife and that the proceed of my real estate and personal property be equally divided between my bodily and legal heirs equally according to the usual law of decent after paying all my just debts and a reasonable compensation to my executor for his trouble. It is my will that my wife have its sole controle of every thing that I shall be seized and possesd during her life or widowhood. Lastly I appoint my son BENJAMIN NEWTON CLOUSE to be my executor to this my last will and testament.
