In the County Court of White County Tennessee In the matter of the Estate of COLUMBUS KINNARD, Deceased Report of a final settlement made on this date by O.L. KINNARD, Administrator, of the Estate of COLUMBUS KINNARD, deceased, after giving the notices required by law. State of Tennessee White County O.L. KINNARD makes oath that the foregoing is a true and correct accounting of the estate of COLUMBUS KINNARD and that he has charged himself with all of the personal assets of said estate that came into his hands as administrator, or that should have come into his hands by the exercise of due dilligence, to the best of his knowledge and belief. O.L. KINNARD Subscribed and sworn to before me, this August 30 1943 FRANK METCALF, Clerk I beg to report that the foregoing represents a full and final settlement with O.L. KINNARD, Admr. of the estate of COLUMBUS KINNARD, vouchers for payments are filed with this report and the clerks book made at the time of the last sale, is filed herewith as an inventory, and the administrator advisises that the estate only owned a one half interest in the cattle, tobacco, mower and cultivator, the sale of all of which is charged to him and he has taken credit for one half of same. It also appears, from statement of the administrator, that two of the children of COLUMBUS KINNARD have died since he entered upon his duties, Mrs. MAGGIE NULL, leaving 7 children, and Mrs. R.B. BUMBALOUGH, leaving 11 children, and the distribution is made accordingly, and it appears that this estate has been fully admisitered and I recommend that the admistrator O.L. KINNARD and F.B.
