FIRST I desire to have my debts paid if there should be any debts at my death including any expense incident to my last illnes as well as the expense of my funeral. Then after all debts are paid, it is my desire and will that the balance of my estate shall be divided equally between my children or their heirs. Their names are, MARY COOPER, (who is dead. But I desire that her heirs and children share equally their mothers part) MATTIE HALE, R.W. PENINGTON, SALLIE SELBY, J.T. PENENGTON, CALLIE GREEN, ALICE WALKER, ANNIE ELLER, HESTER HOWARD, MANDY AMENT and BIRDIE MORRIS. If I should still own my land at the time of my death it is my desire that my executor sell it to the best advantage, and apply the proceeds to my estate. Finally it is my will that (CANTIR) WALKER and HESTER HOWARD act as my executors without bond. Witness my hand this fourteenth day of Dec 1928. SARAH L PENENGTON + her mark Witnesses: MRS. P.E.
