I MARIAH PRATER being of sound mind and disparing memory do make 
and publish this my last will and testament revoking all other 
wills by me at any other time made.  First, I will and bequeathe 
that after my death all of my just debts be paid.  Second I will 
and bequeathe to MIRANDA SIMMONS evry thing I may die siezed and 
possessed of consisting of real estate lying and being in the 11th 
district of White County Tennepee being the same farm on which I 
lived before I moved to JOE McCANN at Bonair and bounded as follows 
on the North by METCALF on the south by GEER on the East by METCALF 
on the west by __?AINCK now BRADLEY containing sixteen acres.

  Also to MIRANDA SIMMONS all the ______? and all my household and 
kitchen furniture.  In fact I desire that MIRANDA SIMMONS shall 
have evry thing I may be seized and possessed of.  Hindly I nominate 
and appoint N B SIMMONS my executor to this my last will and testament 
to carry out the o____, and he will not be required to give bond 
this 23rd day of October 1900

Signed sealed and delivered in our presence and now satisfied the 
testater at the time of signing same was of sound and desparing memory 
and perfectly capable of understanding this 23rd October 1900
