MASON, a notary public in said county and State, Mrs ELIZABETH SEALS who makes oath in due form of law that I this day will and bequeath all personal property that I now own or otherwise own at time of my death to my daughter Miss LYDA SEALS. The property consit of all household and kitchen furniture and stock as follows, one mule one horse, one cow and calf, six head of sheep two hogs, one wagon and plows and all my chickens. Also my real estate consisting of one nineth part of 108 acres of land on Cumberland Mt. in Van Buren County Sub. district, also all my hay and grain I have on hand at time of my death.
