Tenn knowing the uncertainty of life and being in poor health and the certainty of death and being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament revoking and making void all other wills made by me at any time. First I will my soul to God who gave it and my body to my friends to be burried in a decent and reputable manner as they may see proper. Second I will that after my decease that my debts be paid by my executor hereafter to be appointed as fast as posable out of the first money that may come into for any of my personal property or real estate that may come to her hands. Third I hereby will to my wife CAROLINE SELVT all of my real estate of every description lying in White Co. Tenn. and fully described in a deed from SANDFORD SELVY made to me on the 14 day of Sep 1895 which deed is of record in the Registers office of White Co. Tenn. in Book 37 page 161 on April 21, 1897 To have and to dispose of as she may see fit for he own and seperate use forever it is my request that she sell and convey to the purchaser my real estate herein conveyed to her without the aid of any of the courts if she sees proper to sell it at any time during her life but in case she does not sell it during her lifetime is my will that the real estate herein described shall revert to my legal heirs lastly I hereby appoint my wife my sole executor to this my last will and testament and she is herby released from giving any bond as executor.
