Freeman ==================================================================== Source: White County Settlements & Wills Roll 53 Volume G Page 379 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CATHERINE WALKER, DECEASED I Catherine Walker of the County of White and State of Tennessee do will and publish this my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making all others by me at any time made. First: I direct that my personal expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may be possessed or may first come into the hands of my Executrix. Secondly I five and bequeath to Mary Savannah Catherine England my grand daughter all the personal property of every kind & description after my debts are paid and all the land and real estate that I may own at my death. Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Mary Savannah Catherine England my Executrix. In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand the 8th day of May 1891. This day a paper writing purporting to be the Last Will & Testament of Catherine Walker Deceased was presented in open Court and offered for probate when the Court was satisfied from the testamoney of the subscribing witnesses hereto O. L. Slatten and John F. Stewart than the same was duly signed and published in the presence by the testatrix as being her Last Will and Testament the Court was pleased to order the same recorded and certified. J. V.
