Neely and Susan his wife Keziah Berryman Josiah Wooldridge Minerva E. Wooldridge and Henry G. Wooldridge the last three are infants under the age of 21 years and [illegible] by their guardian Gilbert Marshall. Ex parte: Petition for partition Be it remembered that this cause came on to be heard this 20th day of October 1835 upon the petitition and [illegible] when it appeared that petitioners own a tract of land situate in this County and Big Harpeth bounded on the North by the lands of [illegible] on the East by the lands of ?Guthrie? and on the South by the lands of Donalson and others and on the West by the land of Nichols containing about two hundred and thirty eight acres more or less which land is now in the occupation of Keziah Wooldridge and others and is owned by petitioners in the following proportions one seventh part thereof to said Josiah Minerva E. Henry G. and Keziah each and the balance [three illegible words] John H. Neely and wife. It is thereupon ordered, adjudged and directed that William W. Brown, Stephen Nelson, Christopher McEwen, William [illegible] and James ?Carothers? be appointed commissioners that they or a majority of them being first duly sworn to do equal and impartial justice among the parties, proceed to divide and make partition of said land among the parties allotting and setting apart three sevenths thereof in value to the said John H. Neely and Susan his wife and one seventh part thereof in value to each of the said Kezia Berryman, Minerva E. Wooldridge, Josiah Wooldridge, and Henry G. Wooldridge and [illegible] make a report of their proceedings and appropriations to the next term of this court under their hands and seals ascertaining with precision by actual survey and [illegible] the different tracts or parcels of land allotted and set apart to each of the parties.
