First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after as death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Smithson my saddles and_____ And half of what money or notes I may have after P. W. Moss is paid for any trouble he may be at during my lifetime. Thirdly, I do give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Redford the remainder of my effects. Fourthly, I do hereby nominate and appoint P. W. Moss my executor in Witness thereof I do to this my will set my hand seal this 10 day of October 1870.
