Bertha, daughter of R. S. and L. L. Tomlinson, BORN January 21, 1898 DIED March 4, 1913 Lee, wife of R. S. Tomlinson BORN September 5, 1872 DIED May 16, 1915 Sarah A. Hunter, 1849-1930 Connie, wife of W. P. Tomlinson DIED May 1927 W. P. Tomlinson, 1895-1954 ************************************************************************* Here is some additional identification of these folks, who are my grandmother's sister (Bertha), mother (Lee), grandmother (Sarah), sister-in-law (Connie) and brother (W. P.). Bertha's full name was Annie Bertha Tomlinson. Lee's full name was Laylia Lee Davis Tomlinson, daughter of William Asberry and Mary Ann Hunter Tomlinson. She married Robert Simeon Tomlinson on 19 Dec. 1889 in Wilson County, Tennessee. Sarah's full name was Sarah Ann Joplin Tomlinson Hunter. She was born in Wilson County, Tennessee on 20 Oct. 1849 and died there 31 Dec. 1930. She first married James Tomlinson in Wilson County on 20 March 1869. She married second to Edward N. Hunter in Wilson County on January 8, 1900. Connie's full name was Connie Reed Tomlinson. She was born in 1897, and died May 4, 1927 in Wilson County. She was married to William Porter Tomlinson as his first wife 21 Oct. 1917 in Wilson County. William Porter Tomlinson was a son of Robert Simeon and Lee (Davis) Tomlinson. He was actually born on June 4, 1893 (rather than 1895 as his tombstone says), and died 14 Nov. 1954. He first married to Connie Reed, cited above. His second wife was Mrs. Virginia (McDonald) Tribble, whom he married in Wilson County on 27 Dec. 1943.
